The Global Square
With a focus on global challenges, international literature and local initiatives, the Global Square is a meeting place for human rights, democracy, and a fair, sustainable, global development.
Food & Crafts
The Book Fair’s popular food and craft area includes no less than three stages (Food, Craft and the Green Stage) and a lush Food Court, with plenty of seating. Book your stand in the Fair’s greenest and most fragrant area!
Comics and Sci-fi/Fantasy
Do you draw comics, run a fanzine or small publishing house? Smaller players in the comics industry have the opportunity to participate as exhibitors in the area we call “Seriestrippen” or “the Comic Strip”. Here you book your stand along the strip of tables, next to the stage. This is the meeting place for everything related to comics, cartoons, fantasy and science fiction at the Book Fair.
The Children's Area
In 2023, the Book Fair invested in an area for children 0-5 and 6-12: a calm, cosy, inspiring place adapted for both adults and children. The two stages A Little Stage and The Book Tent attracted large audiences during all days of the Fair. The Children’s Area can be found in the A-hall and is a space tailored to attract children and their adults, as well as people in the related industry.
School at the Fair
Teachers from all over Sweden gather at the Book Fair for competence development and inspiration. Here you will find the Teacher’s Stage and the Pre-school at the Book Fair area, which together find a large and highly engaged audience. Being seen in connection with one of these stages is a good way to reach both professionals in the pre-schools and schools industries, as well as the general interested public.
Literary Societies
The Book Fair’s corner for classic litterature, where the literary societies have the opportunity to present new perspectives on classic Swedish authors. Book a stand and showcase your literary society!
The Square for World Literature
At the Square for World Literature, we gather publishers who publish books in languages other than Swedish and who work towards multilingualism. This is also where authors and works from abroad that have been translated into Swedish can find their audience.
The Library Area
The Book Fair has been a meeting place for librarians since its inception in 1985, and in the Library Area they meet for literary inspiration and industry matters.
This is also where the Library Stage is located, which focuses on library development, reading promotion and literature issues.
