Price Tier 
Starting with bookings for the 2025 Fair, we will be implementing a tiered pricing system, where it pays off to book early. Here’s how the pricing tiers work:
1 October–31 March, 2 150 SEK/m² → 1 April–30 June 2 300 kr/m² → 1 July–24 September 2 500 kr/m².
Alternative 1 – Exhibition space
6 square meters minimum. Partition walls are included.
Price: SEK 2 150 per sq.m. Expostart of SEK 5 500 will be added to the stand rent. Exhibition insurances SEK 1 500 is mandatory. Insurance conditions. VAT will be added.
Alternative 2 – The Budget Option
The Budget Option consists of 2 x 2 m floor area, carpet, one table 120 x 70 cm, one folding chair. Exhibition insurances are included. Insurance conditions.
A limited number of Budget Options is available. Max 1 Budget Option per exhibitor.
Price: SEK 9 990. VAT will be added.

Special offer – Shell stand
Shell stand (Open) SEK 1 099 per sq.m. excl. stand space. VAT will be added.
Price includes: one desk, one bar stool, one coffee table or high table, three armchairs or bar stools, power point 10A, 240V, carpet, truss with spotlights, wood door, white, storage.
